By proceeding with a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Subscription Terms", "Terms"), including the terms and conditions and privacy policies available at FlashPDF.
After completing your registration, you will receive a welcome email from us confirming that we have received your first payment. The contract between us (Contract) and you (Customer) will be formed when you make the initial payment.
The subscription plan for our Services consists of an initial fee, followed by recurring periodic fees, as agreed upon with you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription includes an initial and recurring payment and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. FlashPDF may submit recurring charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you first notify us that you have terminated such authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect any charges submitted until FlashPDF can reasonably act.
By subscribing to our Services, you agree that we will automatically proceed on a recurring basis to pay invoices due to us for an indefinite period of time until cancelled by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation will be charged to you. You may re-subscribe at any time after your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to allow re-subscription where we have previously elected to cancel a subscription on your part.
.We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to not renew your subscription at any time without giving reasons for our decision.
Access to our suite of tools and PDF edition is priced at 29.90€ per month to be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). This is a recurring subscription that will be billed to you each month.
Product prices include VAT depending on your country of residence.
If our subscription pricing changes, your subscription will be automatically terminated before the change is effective. You will be notified by email of this pricing change so that you can decide to re-subscribe.
As part of promotional offers, we may decide to offer a trial period to our users to allow them to test our service for a limited time.
This promotional offer will be offered at a single rate of 0.50€ and will be valid for a period of 7 (seven) days.
During this trial period, the user will have unlimited access to all of our products to allow them to fairly evaluate our offer.
The user can terminate this trial period at any time:

After this trial period and without cancellation by the Customer, it will be renewed as a subscription in accordance with the pricing terms described in these Subscription Terms.
This trial period can only be obtained once per individual, and we reserve the right not to offer it to a user at our own discretion.
The subscription is valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days, after this period, the subscription is automatically renewed if there is no cancellation from the customer.
For some promotional offers, we may offer some users the opportunity to test our tools for 7 days at a reduced rate "Trial Period".
These Subscription Terms and any separate agreement by which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of these Subscription terms and conditions by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Subscription Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
